Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Plug-N-Go Electric strives to be fair and transparent with cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to all EV Charger installation bookings.

2. Full Refund Conditions

You receive a full refund if:

• You cancel within 48 hours of booking
• Your home requires a panel upgrade and you choose not to proceed
• Your property is outside our service area
• The charger hardware is incompatible with your vehicle (Installation-Only orders)
• We are unable to complete your installation

3. Partial Refund Conditions

Cancellation After 48 Hours (Before Install)

• $450 charger fee non-refundable if hardware already ordered or delivered
• $100 deposit non-refundable after 48 hours
• $380 permit fee refundable if permit not yet submitted

Day-of Cancellation

• $150 trip fee may apply
• Charger hardware fee non-refundable if delivered

4. No Refund Conditions

• Installation completed and confirmed
• Work began and stopped without cause
• False information affected scope

5. The $580 Installation Balance

This amount is ONLY invoiced after installation is complete and you confirm satisfaction.

• Never charged automatically
• Requires your acknowledgment
• Invoiced through Jobber

6. City Permit Fees

• Quoted and confirmed before processing
• You must approve before we submit
• Non-refundable once submitted to the city
