1. Program Description
Plug N Go Electric LLC offers SMS text message communications to customers who opt in. Messages relate to your installation appointments and service confirmations.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Checking the SMS consent box during online booking
- Verbally providing consent when booking by phone
Consent is not required to purchase our services.
3. Types of Messages
- Appointment confirmation and reminders
- Installer arrival notifications
- Installation completion confirmation
- Follow-up satisfaction check-ins
We do not send unsolicited promotional SMS messages. All messages relate to your active service.
4. Message Frequency
Typically 2-5 messages per installation job — confirmation, reminder, updates, and follow-up.
5. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Plug-N-Go Electric does not charge for SMS messages.
6. How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any message
- Contact us to request removal
You will receive one final confirmation after opting out.
