Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Plug N Go Electric LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Plug-N-Go Electric provides:

• Tesla Wall Connector (Level 2 EV Charger) supply and installation
• Residential electrical panel upgrade assessment and installation

All work is performed by licensed C-10 electrical contractors per NEC and California Title 24 regulations.

3. Payment Terms

EV Charger — Two-Part Payment

• Charged at booking: $550 (or $930 with permit) — includes $450 charger + $100 deposit
• Balance after installation complete: $580
• No automatic charges — you confirm first

Permit Service (Optional — $380)

Covers permit application and city coordination. City permit fees are separate and confirmed with you before processing.

Panel Upgrade

Pricing is based on a written quote provided during your free assessment.

4. Standard Installation Scope

What Is Included

• Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3 (48A)
• Up to 10 linear feet of wiring from panel
• Dedicated 240V / 60A circuit
• Professional mounting and testing
• NEC and CA Title 24 compliant
• 1-year workmanship warranty

NOT Included in Standard Price

• Wiring beyond 10 linear feet
• Panel upgrades (separate service)
• Trenching or complex routing
• HOA coordination
• City permit fees (separate from Permit Service)

5. Warranty

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on installation labor. Does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or third-party equipment failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes resolved in Santa Clara County, CA.
